General Requirements
- Age limit: 40 years
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field

Position-wise Requirements
- QC Inspector (GRP Works): Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; minimum 5 years in pipeline construction with at least 3 years hands-on GRP pipe installation, including large-diameter GRP pipelines for water, sewer, stormwater and industrial projects.
- Planning Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; minimum 5 years in planning/scheduling of pipeline or infrastructure projects, including 3 years in GRP pipeline installation; proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Piping Engineer: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; minimum 5 years in pipeline construction with 3 years hands-on GRP pipe installation, including large-diameter GRP pipelines.
- Piping Supervisor: Minimum 5 years in pipeline construction with 3 years hands-on GRP pipe installation, including large-diameter GRP pipelines; knowledge of GRP jointing, alignment, handling, hydrotesting and installation procedures.
- Safety Officer: Minimum 3–5 years as a safety officer on pipeline, oil & gas or infrastructure projects; knowledge of risk assessment, JSA, toolbox talks, permit to work (PTW), site inspections and emergency response; NEBOSH IGC or equivalent preferred.
- Land Surveyor: Diploma in Civil Engineering; minimum 5 years surveying for pipeline, water, sewer, stormwater or infrastructure projects, including setting out, alignment, levels and as-built surveys; proficient in Total Station, Auto Level and GPS/GNSS.
- Rigger Level 3: Level 3 rigger with 3 years’ experience in construction.
- Hydrotest Supervisor, Scaffolding Supervisor, Safety Supervisor, Piping Foreman: Relevant experience in pipeline construction, hydrotesting, scaffolding, safety supervision and piping works as per respective positions.
