Job Scope
- Lead Winder: Directs the rewind at the machine. Full stator rewind lead on large generators, bar and coil installation, connection, bracing and testing. Able to set the method and supervise the crew on shift.
- Winder: Has wound machines by hand. Core stripping and cleaning, coil winding, slot insulation, wedges, sleeves and phase separators, bar installation, brazing and connection.
- Winding Hand: Supports the winders. Stator strip and removal of old winding, wedging, taping, cleaning, rigging and slinging of stator and rotor, material handling and housekeeping to FME standard.

Candidate Criteria
- Winding experience: 5 years or more
- Experience in Siemens SGen strip and rewind activities
- GVPI rewind experience
- Previous GCC working experience
- English language
- Age limit: 23 – 45 years maximum
